Recipes in our collection are divided into three categories based on the three styles of extra virgin olive oil.

Light  - smooth and mellow with subtle fruit or nut flavors. Light oils pair well with fish, chicken, pork, rice, pasta, dipping, cakes and desserts.

Medium – buttery and smooth with a hint of sweet fruitiness, herb flavors, and peppery finish. Medium oils pair well with salad, grilled vegetables, pasta, popcorn, chicken, and dipping.

Robust – intense flavors of grass, pepper and slight bitterness. Robust oils pair well with meats, tomatoes, lentils, arugula, and raw vegetables
