Oliv You & Me is a premiere olive oil shop in Boulder, Colorado owned and operated by Patti Scott. Patti grew up in Boulder with her sisters, Jody and Peggy and brother, Dave. They all graduated from Fairview High School in the 70’s. Patti left Boulder after high school and moved to California where she met her husband, Pete in San Francisco. They eventually ended up in Santa Rosa, CA where they raised two children, Samantha and Andrew.

Patti and her family have had the opportunity to travel extensively, enjoying food from around the world. Favorites include the cuisines of Spain, Italy and France, as well as the unique dishes of Vietnam, the amazing seafood of Australia and New Zealand and the various regional foods of North America.

The family was lucky enough to live in Australia where Patti fell in love with the olive oil industry. She briefly worked in an olive oil shop in Melbourne called Oliv. When it was time to move back to the States she decided Boulder would be a great place to try a little shop of her own.
